Express Shipping – AUD $10
Free Express Shipping – orders of AUD $100 or more. Please note your order total must reach AUD $100 or more after any discounts have been applied.
We endeavor to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days from when you've placed your order. Some remote destinations may take a little longer.
NEW ZEALAND

Express shipping to International Destinations - AUD $20
Free Express Shipping – on orders of AUD $200 or more. Please note your order total must reach AUD $200 or more after any discounts have been applied.
We endeavor to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days from when you've placed your order. Some remote destinations may take a little longer. Local customs regulations and process may effect the final delivery timing.
All International deliveries must be signed for.
CHINA
Customers from China can place an order up to 1000 Chinese Yuan Renminbi (approximately $200 AUD depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.
ITALY
Italian imports are restricted to two products only and no more than a quantity of two of each product.
MALAYSIA
Customers require an exemption from their local Pharmacy Department when purchasing skincare for personal use.
VIETNAM
Vietnam orders must be below 2.000.000 VND (approximately $125 AUD depending on the exchange rate at the time) due to importing regulations.
We regret that we are unable to ship to the following countries / territories
Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control we are currently having difficulties with the shipment of product to the following areas and are therefore unable to ship orders to these countries / territories:
Mexico
Myanmar (Burma)
Russia: We are currently unable to ship to Russia. The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has imposed sanctions on Russia for the importation of Luxury Goods, which include perfumes, toilet waters, cosmetics including beauty and make-up products.
Belarus: DHL are currently unable to ship there.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Melbourne Made Organics encourages customers to source this information prior to purchase. Unfortunately, Melbourne Made Organics is unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
EXCHANGE RATE
International Orders will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) as per your order confirmation. The final transaction charge to your account may vary slightly due to moment-by-moment exchange rate fluctuations.
CUSTOMS DECLARATION
A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value in AUD. We are unable to mark any order as a 'gift' as we are a retail company.
LIABILITY OF MELBOURNE MADE ORGANICS
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Melbourne Made Organics will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
