Our planet is a ‘closed eco-system’, meaning everything
we consume will someday return to our land, rivers, and oceans.
SUSTAINABILITY PARTNERSHIP
As a manufacturer of Organic Skincare, we take responsibility for the footprint we leave on our planet.
Therefore we've teamed up with our sustainability partner Ecologi, to become carbon neutral and offset our emissions by donating to tree planting initiatives, and renewable energy projects around the planet. Like solar and wind farms.
With every order we plant a tree, and you can follow our journey via this link to find out more.
OUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITY
Melbourne Made Organics practices sustainable manufacturing processes, and ethically source all our raw materials. Supporting organic and certified organic farming and their communities.
We believe the future of ‘clean beauty’, is in ethically produced and sustainably sourced products, ‘designed-kind’ for you
and the environment.
SHIPPING PACKAGING
Melbourne Made has teamed up with Heaps Good Packaging, as they are alinged with our eco-business ethos, and are leading the way with eco-friendly compostable plant based packaging.
We use 'hex-wrap' packing to protect our products on their jouney to our customers. 100% recycled boxes, and eco-tape. As well as eco-stickers that are kind to the environment.
REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE, REPLENISH
We provide a recycling guide on our Thank You card with every order to encourage our customers to do the right thing, recycle correctly and encourage the reuse option for our Pumps and Spray closures.
We are continuously looking to reduce our use of plastics as a brand, and will refine and update our product packaging to improve, as we find new ways to be better with our packaging.
SUPPORTING ORGANIC & INDIGENOUS AUSTRALIAN FARMING
Sustainability is integral to Melbourne Made Organics, as it preserves the very thing our business and plant species rely on, the health of our ecosystem.
We support all our suppliers through the growth of more eco-conscious producers, who support organic growing practices, commercial growers and Indigenous Farming communities.
Inspired by the science of nature, we respect the cyclical nature of resources, aiming to reduce waste and streamline our processes.
